THC Earns 3rd Goodyear Star for Outstanding Cuisine

While Michelin Star awards are widely known and recognized, Goodyear Stars are few and rarely rewarded.
Where “rubber meets the road-kill”, the Stars are granted for the best Roadkill cuisine.
Billy Bob Brody,. master chef of Goodyear Tire Bar and Grill, awarded the Flying Dolphins Tarpon Hunt Club it’s first 3 star award in all of SW Florida.
“The THC has demonstrated excellence in recovery and preparation of island wildlife which has crossed their path. While the THC is on a barrier island with no roads or cars, the club has been ingenious with preparation and recipes for their signature dishes: BBQ Grill Rats, Night-Kill Coons and Lard-fried Mullet. Sautéed with Truffles, WD-40 glaze Francais, and ground Goodyear tire tread gives an exquisite blend which pairs well with Iron City or Yuengling black and tan beers.”
